Garlic Butter Argentinian Prawns

No fuss, one pan and served with warm crusty sourdough and new potatoes. These sorts of summery dishes just make me feel completely at peace. They’re comforting, light and so easy to make that they just feel like the perfect recipe to enjoy on a warm summer’s evening with a glass of crisp white wine.

Ingredients

  • Argentinian Red Shrimps (peeled)

  • New Potatoes

  • 3 tbsp Salted Butter

  • 4 tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley

  • 1 Crusty Sourdough (warmed)

  • 1 Half Lemon (juice)

  • 3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)

Method

  1. Boil some salted water and place your new potatoes in for 15 minutes until tender.

  2. In a pan on a low heat, fry your butter with your garlic until melted and then add in your shrimp, parsley and lemon and cook for two minutes.

  3. Serve with warm crusty sourdough bread and enjoy.
