Tomato Soup Cheese on Toast

The classic. Tomato soup and Cheese on Toast but how about we throw that and put it all together to make the ultimate brunch? This recipe is delicious, takes no more than 5 minutes to make and I guarantee is fun for all! Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread

  • 1 can of Heinz Tomato Soup (I use the reduced sugar so I can control how much sugar I add myself)

  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • Seasoning

  • Four Cheese mix (edam, mozzarella, cheddar and red Leicester)

  • Jarlsberg Cheese Slices

Method

  1. Pour your tomato soup into a large bowl and add in your seasonings, paprika, oregano and sugar and stir. Place your bread into the soup mix one at a time and soak for a little while.

  2. Place on your hot oiled frying pan and cook for up to 2 minutes per side until just starting to brown.

  3. Place your cheese on top and grill until the cheese has melted and the sides start to turn a little darker.

  4. Enjoy!
