Burrata with Vegan Bacon and Truffle Oil Sourdough

Sometimes you need a mega tasty breakfast to see you on your way and in 5 minutes, you’ll have just that. Two slices of delicious sourdough cooked in butter and olive oil and topped with delicious vegan bacon and burrata. Delicious and super tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 Burrata

  • A few slices of vegan bacon

  • 2 Slices of Sourdough

  • Butter

  • Olive Oil

  • Truffle Oil (from Waitrose)

  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper and salt

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan heat your olive oil and your butter until sizzling then add in your sourdough and vegan bacon and cook until golden (keep flipping the sourdough - around 2 times in total).

  2. Layer your sourdough with your bacon and then add your burrata on top before drizzling your truffle oil generously on top. Sprinkle a little lemon pepper and salt on top to season.
