Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

In less than 5 minutes, have delicious Red Pepper Hummus with some Pitta just in time for a show you love. This easy recipe is a staple for me, it’s velvety smooth and packed full of the good stuff.

Ingredients

  • 3 Roasted Red Peppers (from most supermarkets)

  • 1 can of chickpeas (drained)

  • A good glug of olive oil

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 1 Lemon (squeezed)

  • 2 tbsp Tahini

  • 3-4 tbsp water

  • 1/3 tsp sweet paprika

Method

  • Drain your chickpeas and place into a blender or food processor along with your red peppers, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, water and paprika and blend until smooth. Add a dash more olive oil and water to get the consistency you like. Enjoy with warm pitta.
